The product is great and should work well for me….giving myself an enema is somewhat difficult because I have difficulty getting up and down due to arthritis….I have yet to use the product as I am away in Malaysia and don’t have it with me…in theory I should be able to douche with coffee while sitting on the loo….As I understand it the coffee only activates for the last portion of the descending colon – it does not go further than the splenic flexure so I am hoping it will work
