INSTRUCTIONS:
The beauty of using coffee grinds for your enema is that you can tailor the strength to suit your needs. As a starting point, we recommend the following:
Use 1 tablespoon of coffee granules to one cup of water. Always use filtered or distilled water. You can make up as much or as little liquid as you like depending on how often you are doing an enema.
Make sure you consider the shelf life of this product when working out the amount to brew – it is recommended that the solution be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
This recipe is fairly concentrated but it means you do not have to use as much solution for your enema – we recommend using 300ml-500ml for your enemas based on this recipe. You are welcome to use more if that suits you.
Bring the water to a boil then add the granules and simmer for 20 minutes. While the liquid is still warm, carefully pour it through a fine mesh sieve and into a jug, let it cool then cover and keep in the fridge. You can also use a glass jar/s with a lid if you prefer.
When you are ready to do an enema, simply pour the desired amount straight from the refrigerated jug or jar into your enema bag or bucket. You may prefer to pour from the refrigerated jug into a measuring jug first if you would like to know the exact amount you are going to use. Now you are ready to do the enema.
Note: Not for oral consumption.
